In April 2024, Sabrina Carpenter made her Coachella debut. She was billed on the third line down from the top (alongside Faye Webster and Gorgon City) and premiered her song “Espresso.” What a difference less than two years makes! Carpenter is headlining Coachella 2026, the festival confirmed on September 16. She will be joined by a SWAG-ged out Justin Bieber on Saturday and reggaeton superstar Karol G on Sunday. This year’s festival will run the weekends of April 10 and April 17.
Karol G is promoting her latest album Tropicoqueta, which she released in July and is the biggest Latin streaming album by a woman in all 2025, per Billboard. The only man she’s behind is Bad Bunny, whose DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS remains a juggernaut. Carpenter, meanwhile, is promoting Man’s Best Friend, which went to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and has two top-five singles in “Manchild” and “Tears.” This will be Bieber’s first live performance as the lead artist since his 2022 Justice world tour, which was cancelled partway through due to his Ramsay Hunt disorder. Now, he’s going to be able to give SWAG and SWAG II their live debut.

Further down the lineup, Friday has Bieber collaborator and indie fave Dijon alongside the melodic dirges of Ethel Cain. They probably share some flat-white-drinking, Didion-reading, cap-wearing audiences, but mom-favorite Teddy Swims will bring in a whole different crew. On Saturday, Beliebers will get to see the Strokes, GIVEON, Addison Rae, David Byrne, PinkPantheress, and Sombr — a group of artists that includes someone for everyone in the tent. And Sunday is the day for singer-songwriter girlies, with Holly Humberstone, Laufey, Gigi Perez, and Samia all taking the stage. Though if you’re not into that, then there’s whisper pop queen Oklou, queer metal band Model/Actriz, or melodic mumbler Young Thug with his first album since being released from jail in 2024.
