Casey Anthony Is Launching a Substack

by thenowvibe_admin

Casey Anthony reentering the public eye was not on my 2025 bingo card. On March 1, she joined TikTok, announcing the “first of probably many recordings” on a video series she’s starting. Then she used her account to tell the world she’s launching a Substack newsletter, where she will “give a voice to people” and “give people tools and resources that they can utilize.”

Anthony was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in a highly publicized trial in 2011 and was branded “the most hated mom in America” by HLN’s Nancy Grace — a nickname that has since stuck.

During the trial, she accused her father of sexually abusing Caylee and claimed her parents covered up her death. “I am a researcher,” she said on TikTok. “I’ve been in the legal field since 2011, and in this capacity I feel that it’s necessary, if I’m going to continue to operate appropriately as a legal advocate, that I start to advocate for myself and also advocate for my daughter.” While her Substack won’t focus on the trial, Anthony says she may at some point respond to what her parents have said and done on the platform.

The whole point of this, she says, is for her to “begin to reintroduce” herself and to help people “so they actually know where they can turn to” when it comes to legal issues. “As a proponent for the LGBTQ community, for our legal community, women’s rights, I feel that it’s important that I use this platform that was thrust upon me and now look at as a blessing as opposed to the curse that it has been since 2008,” she said. Anthony added that there will be an email address available for people to reach out to her on a limited basis regarding “legal matters.”

While Anthony has turned off the ability to comment on her TikToks, her Substack comments remain open, and she seems eager to engage. She responded to one unhappy commenter, writing, “For someone who ‘can live without’ my opinion, you’re awfully invested in what I have to say. You are entitled to your opinion, as I am mine. Someday, someone in your life will need help from someone like me. I wish you luck.” Sounds … ominous.
