On Sunday, Demi Lovato married her fiancée, Canadian songwriter Jordan “Jutes” Lutes. The couple reportedly exchanged vows in Santa Barbara, California at Bellosguardo Foundation (Clark Estate), per People.
According to Vogue, Lovato wore custom Vivienne Westwood gowns for both the ceremony and the reception. “When I was thinking about [what dress style I wanted] I often found myself coming back to Vivienne’s designs — specifically how the silhouettes really compliment the curves in your body, and her use of corsets,” Lovato said. Her new husband wore a Saint Laurent suit.
The pair first met in the studio in January 2022 when they collaborated on Lovato’s Holy Fvck album — Lutes co-wrote on tracks “Substance,” “Happy Ending,” and “City of Angels.” They made their red-carpet debut at a Grammy party in February 2023, six months after Lovato confirmed that they were dating, People reports. Lutes proposed in December 2023 on what looks like a thick bed of red rose petals with a giant pear-shaped diamond ring.
