When news broke that Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair would include an additional anime sequence, fans were left confused/intrigued. A new chapter of O-Ren Ishii’s life running the yakuza, perhaps? Perhaps not, if this Fortnite teaser is any indication. An unfilmed chapter of Kill Bill, centered on Gogo Yubari’s sister Yuki, is premiering on Fornite ahead of the theatrical release of The Whole Bloody Affair. You remember Gogo. She’s the one with the meteor hammer, played by Battle Royale’s Chiaki Kuriyama. In keeping with Kill Bill’s cyclic revenge themes, it appears Quentin Tarantino wrote a segment where Yuki traveled to the U.S. to try and get her revenge on Beatrix Kiddo (Uma Thurman). Based on the outfit Fortnite!Uma is wearing, this happens shortly before or after the Bride takes out Vernita Green (Vivica A. Fox). Also Peely is there.

This new event in Fortnite brought Thurman back to the role (at least for one line). Could this stoke our hopes for Kill Bill 3? Probably not, but hope springs eternal. Just like revenge. The Lost Chapter: Yuki’s Revenge comes to Fortnite November 30 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
