Pamela Anderson seems pretty taken with her Naked Gun co-star Liam Neeson. The actors are reportedly in a “budding romance in the early stages,” a source told People on July 29. “It’s sincere, and it’s clear they’re smitten with each other.” There’s been speculation about the pairing throughout the Naked Gun press tour, especially since they’ve been pulling stunts like pretending to kiss on the Today show. When Today co-host Craig Melvin asked if they were “an item,” Anderson responded, “What? I don’t understand the question.” Sure, Pammy! “It’s great to be with this lady,” Neeson told Melvin. “Every day’s a joy.”
Anderson kissed Neeson on the cheek on the red carpet for the film’s premiere on July 22, which is fine on its own, but there’s more evidence. On the same red carpet, when Access Hollywood asked about their first impressions of each other, Neeson mouthed the word “hot,” while Anderson replied “tall,” which is the same thing as “hot.” Hey, maybe the relationship will get people to see Naked Gun in theaters August 1 and maybe, you know, revive the theatrical studio comedy. No pressure or anything.
