On Sunday, 26-year-old beauty influencer Emilie Kiser’s son Trigg died after a drowning incident in Chandler, Arizona.
The 3-year-old was reportedly pulled unconscious from a backyard pool on May 12 and received CPR from police officers who arrived at the scene. He was taken to Chandler Regional Medical Center and then to Phoenix Children’s Hospital in critical condition, according to NBC. He remained in the hospital for six days and died on May 18.
“Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with the child’s family and loved ones during this unimaginable time,” said Chandler police spokesperson Sonu Wasu, per NBC. “The investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident remains ongoing. This is still an open investigation.” Wasu added that “out of respect for the family’s privacy,” authorities “will not be releasing additional details until the investigation is closed.”

Kiser, who posts mom and lifestyle content on TikTok, recently welcomed a son, Theodore, with her husband Brady Kiser back in March. The Cut has reached out to her representation for comment and will update this post if we hear back.
