It’s hard to imagine who thought it was a good idea to get on Beyoncé’s bad side, but someone must have really wanted to see some visuals. Earlier in July, hard drives containing Beyoncé’s unreleased music — as well as future set lists and footage plans for shows — were stolen from her choreographer and a dancer, according to the Atlanta Police Department. Police said her choreographer, Christopher Grant, and dancer Diandre Blue reported that their car was broken into in an Atlanta parking garage, where it had been parked for about an hour on July 8.
An incident report released by police on Monday said Grant and Blue returned to the car to find its trunk window broken and discovered that two suitcases had been stolen from inside as well as what the report described as “personal sensitive information for the musician Beyoncé.” Police also released the 911 call, in which Grant says the stolen items contained “really, really important information” and that he works with “someone who’s of a high status.”

Police said they’ve issued an arrest warrant but haven’t publicly identified the suspect in the robbery. According to the incident report, they were able to track down the suspect by tracing a pair of AirPods Max, which were among the stolen items, using Apple’s Find My feature. No one has been arrested, and so far no music has been leaked. But if the police have any trouble finding the culprit, maybe the Beyhive can help.
