She’s Millie Mommy Brown now. On Thursday, Millie Bobby Brown and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, announced in an Instagram post that they had welcomed their first child together via adoption.
“This summer we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” read the neutral-toned graphic shared by the couple. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy,” they wrote in the post, adding, “And then there were 3.”

Brown and Bongiovi, who are 21 and 23, respectively, got married in May of last year after dating since 2021. Together, they are already the caretakers for 62 pets, including 25 farm animals, so adding a human baby into the mix may not have seemed like that big of a deal to the couple.

Becoming a mother is just the latest chapter in a pretty big year for Brown. In March, she starred in The Electric State, the press tour for which prompted her to try out a fun new look. Now, she will get a bit of downtime with the little one before Stranger Things releases its final season in November. I’m exhausted just thinking about that schedule, but if Brown is unfazed by running what is essentially a zoo, she can probably handle the next few months with newborn. Congrats to the new parents!
