Reactions to the mixed verdict against Sean “Diddy” Combs range across Hollywood. Diddy was found guilty on two counts of transportation for prostitution but not guilty on three other counts, including sex trafficking against Cassie Ventura, when the jury reached a decision on July 2. Kesha expressed support for Ventura online. “Cassie, I believe you. I love you. Your strength is a beacon for every survivor,” she wrote on X. Kesha sued her ex-collaborator Dr. Luke over an alleged 2005 rape in 2014. She also changed the lyrics in her song “TiK ToK” from “Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy” to “Wake up in the morning like, ‘Fuck P. Diddy,’” while performing with Reneé Rapp at Coachella in 2024. She said on social media that August, “I will re-record it when I have legal rights to!”
Danity Kane’s Aubrey O’Day reacted to the verdict live on Instagram, saying, “This makes me physically ill. Cassie probably feels so horrible. Ugh, I’m gonna vomit.” While watching, she commented, “Oh my God, not guilty on Cassie, not guilty on Rico, no way that Jane is gonna be guilty.” O’Day previously tweeted, “I stay trying to tell y’all,” when Cassie Ventura’s first lawsuit against Diddy dropped. O’Day currently has a podcast covering the Diddy trial with T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach.

50 Cent, famed nemesis of Diddy, wrote on Instagram, “Diddy beat the Feds that boy a bad man ! 👏👏👏 beat the Rico, he the Gay John Gotti,” referring to the mafioso who became known as Teflon Don after earning acquittals in three separate trials in the 1980s.
Yung Miami, the rapper with whom Diddy had a relationship between 2022 and 2023, tweeted, “11:11,” an example of “angel numbers,” which are supposed to bring good luck, alongside some heart emojis shortly after the jury’s verdict. While replies believe she is celebrating Diddy’s verdict, Miami has not yet clarified. She had only good things to say about her ex on an episode of her podcast, Caresha Please, in August 2024. “It really hurt me because I just feel like Puff was a really, really good person to me,” she told Saucy Santana. “I feel like he came and he helped me. He elevated me.” On the allegations, she said, “I can’t speak on something that wasn’t my experience, and I can’t speak on something that I don’t know. I can’t speak on these allegations because I wasn’t around at the time. I don’t know that person, and that wasn’t my experience.”
