After getting engaged back in December, Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez have accomplished quite a lot. They’ve released an album, gone on a sappy press tour, caught up with Taylor Swift, and enjoyed a queso-filled bathtub together. It seems like they’ve done everything but start planning their wedding.
During Thursday’s episode of the “Therapuss” podcast, Blanco said that he and his fiancé have been far too occupied to discuss things like wedding venues and cake flavors. “We’ve both been working so much,” he said. “We got engaged and then we were filming music videos for our album, then it [was the] holidays, then right after the holidays we had to start all the promo for our stuff.” He also pointed out that Gomez has been tied up filming Only Murders In The Building and that he’s been writing a second book. Priorities!

Although Blanco and Gomez haven’t started planning just yet, he made it clear that they’re both excited about getting married. I mean, I hope they would be. “I think this summer we’re going to sit down and be like, ‘Okay, what are we doing?’” he said. “I think it will be, like, chill. It’ll be chill.”
It sounds like the lovebirds won’t be walking down the aisle anytime soon, but at least we know one thing for sure about their wedding: There will be mountains of Crunchwrap Supremes.
