Kristin Cavallari is going off the grid. Well, sort of. During the Tuesday episode of her Let’s Be Honest podcast titled “It’s Not Goodbye, It’s See You Soon,” Cavallari said she’s at “a turning point” in her life and “feeling a little rebellious.” That rebellion has translated into Cavallari deleting TikTok off her phone, changing her number, and putting her podcast on a hiatus. “I’ve just felt really accessible,” she said. “I’m in this mode right now of realizing that I get to control what comes into our lives. Who has access to us. Who gets to give an opinion.”
Cavallari said that a lot of these feelings have stemmed from filming her new reality show Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour while on the road and being pushed further into the public eye. It doesn’t help that her social media algorithm also feeds her content about herself, which she said “drives her crazy.” As far as why she changed her number, Cavallari again said there were too many people who had access to her, including all of the men she’d gone on dates with in the past five years. Does that include Jason Statham?

Without TikTok and her podcast, Cavallari said she’ll have a lot of time on her hands. She plans to play more board games with her kids and download Rosetta Stone so she can learn Italian. Molto bene! While she reiterated that her podcast is on a break, it sounds like she’ll definitely be back — apparently, she’s already planning a future episode on quantum physics.
