Kelce Jam Is Canceled

by thenowvibe_admin

Sorry to all the bros out there: Travis Kelce’s annual food and music festival, Kelce Jam, will not be making its return this year. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end announced on May 14 that the event has been canceled for 2025. Huge bummer for people who really love Lil Wayne and Diplo, who both performed last year. Have no fear, though — Kelce Jam is apparently gearing up for a comeback.

“Although we’ll miss being with you this year, we’re taking this time to gear up for an even bigger, better, and more unforgettable experience next summer,” the festival announced on Instagram Tuesday. I’m hoping that means a Taylor Swift appearance. “Stay tuned for exciting updates and announcements. We can’t wait to celebrate with you soon.”

The festival was allegedly supposed to be on May 17, 2025, according to eagle-eyed fans who found the date through a Garage Beer ticket giveaway, per the Kansas City Star. Although event organizers never announced a lineup or a location, the festival did not acknowledge its lack of existence until four days before it was allegedly supposed to commence. Was Billy McFarland in charge of this?

Last year’s festival was attended by over 20,000 people and was held at the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs, Kansas. Event goers watched Kelce chug beer on stage, throw footballs into the crowd, and eat free Wing Stop, which sounds like exactly what happens at a frat party. Welp, we’ll get ‘em next year.
