Sydney Sweeney and her little blonde bob have been bopping around Mayor-elect Mamdani’s New York City for the past few days to promote her new movie, Christy. Can you guess who tagged along on Wednesday? Her apparent boyfriend, music producer Scooter Braun. Their itinerary looked a lot like what two teenagers from out of town would do on their winter break: They shopped and held hands as they walked through Bryant Park’s Winter Village, and then made their way over to Central Park to gawk at the Bethesda Fountain and make out on top of a huge rock.
I’m not sure what exactly prompted them to get up on an elevated surface in public and start kissing, but all the power to them. Everything appears to be going well between the couple, even after Sweeney was photographed getting into her ex-fiancé’s car last Saturday night in Los Angeles for what “Page Six” described as a “tense reunion.” At least she seems more relaxed now.

After Sweeney and Braun were last seen holding hands in L.A. on September 30, a source told People that the couple has “a lot in common and neither one of them cares what others think.” It sure seems that way, and you know what? I’m happy for them. I just have one question: Do you think they wore matching jeans on purpose?
