Time heals all wounds. On Met Gala Monday, all was made right in the world between Rihanna and Ciara, who famously beefed on Twitter back in 2011. Ciara kicked off the feud during an appearance on E!’s Fashion Police, when she said Rihanna “wasn’t the nicest” after she ran into her at a party. Chaos ensued, and a rift between the two gave us the “Good luck with bookin that stage u speak of” tweet heard round the world.
The spat ended in them making up and exchanging apologies on the platform, with Rihanna saying, “Ciara baby, I love u girl! U hurt my feelings real bad on TV! I’m heartbroken! That’s y I retaliated this way! So sorry! #letsmakeup.” And Ciara replying, “Rhi u know its always been love since day 1! Doing shows/everything. You threw me off in that party! Apology accepted. Let’s chat in person.” But they hadn’t reunited — at least publicly — until Monday, when they were photographed together for the first time since the 2010 Grammy Awards, posing side by side, with Ciara resting her hand on Rihanna’s baby bump. Precious.

The two appear to be in good spirits — so much so that Ciara is dishing on a potential fourth baby for Rihanna. On an episode of Sherri released on Tuesday, May 6, she spoke about running into Rihanna and A$AP Rocky at the Met. “This is her third baby she’s having now,” she said. “We were cracking up talking about, ’cause Russ, with us and A$AP, we all took a picture together and he started talking about cinco, because you know I have four. We start talking about quatro for her, but she got to get through the tres first — the third baby.”
“Straight mommy talk, just sweet love, special moment for her. I got to shout her out because she also sent me a sweet DM a few months back saying she’s so proud of me,” Ciara added. Unfortunately, it does not sound like there were any mentions of R9.
