After more than five years of romance and seemingly never-ending vacations, Nina Dobrev and Shaun White have reportedly split. According to People, the couple, who met in late 2019 and moved in together the following year, have called off their engagement after almost a year and are going their separate ways.
A source close to the couple told People that “it was a mutual decision, and wasn’t an easy one, but it was made with love and a deep respect for one another.” Dobrev and White have not yet commented on the split, seemingly opting out of the mutually agreed upon Instagram Story statement.
People noted that the couple was last photographed together at the end of August, when they were holding hands at a farmers’ market in Los Angeles. On September 7, Dobrev appeared on the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival without her engagement ring. The tabloid also pointed out that the actress has unpinned her engagement post on Instagram.

I wish these two the best in their single endeavors, but I will miss them as a couple. Dua Lipa wishes she travelled as much as they did.
