Looks Like No One Wants to Buy Bennifer’s Mansion

by thenowvibe_admin

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s Beverly Hills mansion has been on the market for a year, but according to Realtor.com, they’ve given up trying to sell the house they once shared — at least for now.

The couple purchased the 38,000-square-foot house in 2023 for $60.8 million and reportedly made several renovations in the year that they lived there together. The asking price was initially $68 million, which they lowered to $59.95 in May, per Realtor.com’s report. They’ve both reportedly purchased individual homes since divorcing, but J.Lo appears to be living in their shared house while her new Hidden Hills home is under renovation. Hey, she might as well enjoy having 24 bathrooms and her own personal boxing ring while she can.

According to TMZ’s anonymous sources, this is more of a temporary strategic move than a total change of plans, and they might put it up for sale again in the future. A source told People that they’re trying to avoid taking a big loss on the mansion. “They lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn’t happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together.”

Considering Bennifer has managed to maintain such a chill and amicable divorce, they probably don’t mind sharing property for a few more years. Affleck might even say it’s spectacular.
