After two long years of public make-outs and awards-show appearances, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet are red-carpet official. Took them long enough! The two made their grand reveal on May 7 at the 70th David di Donatello Awards in Rome, where Chalamet received an honorary award for Cinematic Excellence.
While we have a mound of photographic evidence that Jenner and Chalamet are indeed in a relationship and have previously been work-event official, this is the first time they’ve posed in front of a step-and-repeat together all dolled up. They hugged close together, indulged in some sensual hand placement, and, yes, were admittedly cute. Club Chalamet, eat your heart out.
Now, why did they show up at this particular Italian event when the Met Gala was held mere days ago? (Jenner went stag and could have used her boyfriend’s help extracting her taped-in toes from her stilettos on Monday night.) To be fair, Chalamet wasn’t the only boyfriend suspiciously absent from the event. But, according to his Instagram Story, he was busy watching the Knicks beat the Celtics on an iPad. Priorities.
