Days after former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau was spotted sharing an intimate lobster dinner with Katy Perry, he showed up front and center at her show in Montreal. In footage making the rounds on TikTok, Trudeau spent the night passionately singing the lyrics to “Firework” and beaming up at Perry throughout the evening.

Per “Page Six,” the politician was accompanied by his 16-year-old daughter, Ella-Grace, whom he shares with his estranged wife, Sophie Grégoire Trudeau. And while he seemed to be fulfilling his fatherly duties, mostly he looked locked in on Perry as she strutted around the Bell Centre in her sparkly unitards. Perry’s tour hasn’t exactly been well received, but Trudeau, for one, seemed to really enjoy the quality of her choreography.

For now, there’s no official confirmation that these two are dating, though things are looking increasingly romantic. All we really have to go off are general vibes and the eyewitness testimony of the chef who oversaw the duo’s Monday-night outing. He called the vibe between Trudeau and Perry “super-chill” and “friendly,” but noted that his restaurant does offer a “romantic setting.” At the very least, I hope Orlando Bloom is jealous that his ex is getting attention from a politician who looks like a Disney prince.
