Amy Schumer has been going through a lot of changes lately. After opening up about her GLP-1 journey on Instagram last month, she wiped her feed clean, deleting all her photos. Also gone from her feed? Pictures of her husband, Chris Fischer, which has prompted speculation that their marriage is on the rocks. On Thursday, a purported “close friend” of Schumer told the Daily Mail that she “is 100 percent getting divorced.” “She got skinny, she is over it,” the source said, claiming “Chris is mostly out of the house at this point.” “She deleted Chris from Instagram then deleted everything else,” the person added. “She’s going to file soon, but it’s over. Done.”
But later on Thursday, a different source told People that, actually, Schumer and her husband are probably fine. “They’re privately working through normal issues that couples in long-term marriages have,” the source said, adding that they are “both committed to the relationship.” (A spokesperson for Schumer did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Cut.)

Schumer also hit back against the divorce rumors earlier this month in an Instagram Story, where — as a footnote to talking about how much she’s been enjoying All’s Fair, the new Kim Kardashian–Ryan Murphy show on Hulu — she denied she and her husband had split up. “And Chris and I are still married,” she wrote in the post, per People.
