It has been a busy few months for Cardi B — between promoting a new album, feuding with Nicki Minaj, embracing WAG life, and convening with corvids, you could easily forget she’s been pregnant the whole time. Well, not anymore. On Thursday, Cardi revealed that she and Stefon Diggs welcomed their first child. Her reps told People she’s feeling “healthy and happy” after giving birth to a baby boy.
Cardi appeared to confirm the new arrival in a video she posted to Instagram, where she strutted to the tune of one of her new songs, “Hello.” In the caption, she announced she’d brought “a new baby into my world. My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it!” She added, “I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.”

The newest Cardi Baby is the rapper’s fourth child, and her first with Diggs, who she hard-launched her relationship with at a Knicks game in May. She announced they were expecting to Gayle King in September, where she talked about juggling the release of her new album and pregnancy. “Now, y’all could buy my album so I can buy Pampers and diapers and all that type of stuff,” she told King. “I told you. Now go support my album, ’cause I’m a mother of four now.” You heard the lady.
