Looks like Cardi B’s got more than just a new album on the way. On Wednesday, the rapper visited Gayle King to promote her upcoming record, Am I the Drama?, and the duo got right down to business. “The streets be talking,” King said. “The latest rumor about you is that you are having a baby, and I want to know what if anything you want to share about that with the class.” Cardi smiled and said, “Well … well, yes, I am,” adding, “I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs.” The little one — her fourth child and her first with the New England Patriots wide receiver — is due ahead of Cardi’s Little Miss Drama tour in February.
“I’ve been putting in all this work, but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby,” she said.

Cardi and Diggs hard-launched their relationship back in May while on a date night at a New York Knicks game. A few months later, she deleted all the photos of her and the footballer from her Instagram, sparking a flurry of breakup rumors. But according to the 32-year-old, those rumors are moot. “Me and my man are very supportive of each other,” she told King. “We’re in the same space in our careers. You know what it is, I feel like we’re really great, we’re really the best at what we do.”

Cardi is still in the middle of divorce proceedings with Offset, with whom she shares 7-year-old Kulture, 4-year-old Wave, and 12-month-old Blossom. She filed for divorce in July 2024, around the time she announced that she was pregnant with Blossom. As if she weren’t busy enough, she’s also promoting Am I the Drama?, which comes out on Friday. “Now y’all could buy my album so I can buy Pampers and diapers and all that type of stuff,” she said, laughing. “I told you. Now go support my album, ’cause I’m a mother of four now.”
