What If Jordon Hudson Was Your Landlord?

by thenowvibe_admin

Jordon Hudson wears a lot of hats. You probably know her best as Bill Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend, but she’s also his de facto publicist, an advocate for fishermen, and now, reportedly, a landlord. According to two new reports, Hudson has amassed an $8 million real-estate portfolio since she began dating the 73-year-old football coach. And people say that the age of the girlboss is over!

The Daily Mail first reported that Hudson bought four properties over the course of a few months toward the end of 2023. (Hudson and Belichick were first spotted together in January of that year.) Per the tabloid, Hudson set up an entity called TCE Trust in June 2023 to facilitate the transactions. If you’re curious about what that stands for, Hudson’s LinkedIn lists her job as founder and CEO of “Trouble Club Enterprises” (which is also the organization listed on the trademarks that were recently filed for 14 of Belichick’s catchphrases). According to a banner on her photo, she’s also hiring, if you’re interested.

Though the Daily Mail was first to the story, it was fleshed out by some enterprising reporters at realtor.com, who were more than ready to jump on the biggest celebrity real-estate news since Bennifer selling their mansion. According to them, Hudson purchased three multifamily homes in the Boston area in December 2023.

First, she reportedly bought two Dorchester townhouses on December 1, one for $2.2 million and another $2.3 million, both with a $1.2 million mortgage. The first home has a four-bedroom apartment currently available to rent for $5,000. A listing for the apartment, as reported by Realtor.com, says that it has a “condo quality white shaker cabinet kitchen with white quartz counters, stainless appliances with a large island.” There are also “hardwood floors throughout except in the fully tiled bathrooms.” Realtor.com also speculated that Hudson had spent some time renovating the apartment, pointing to a line in the listing that references the “beautiful” updates that have been made to the unit.

Two weeks later, per realtor.com, Hudson purchased a $3 million multifamily home in Boston’s rapidly gentrifying Roxbury Crossing neighborhood, with 15 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms spread across three apartments. At the time of its listing, a description noted that the building was “generating a rental income of $17,675 a month.”

On the paperwork for these three properties, Hudson reportedly listed her address as a two-bedroom cottage in Harwich, Massachusetts, a home she bought for $610,000 in October 2023. According to the Daily Mail, the mortgages for all four of her properties were paid off within a week of each other in January of this year.

Which brings us to even more questions about this already-mysterious 24-year-old. Do we think that Hudson is a responsive landlord? If one of your stainless-steel appliances breaks, is she sending someone over in a timely manner? It seems like she has a lot of other stuff on her plate, what with being in North Carolina most of the time tending to the business affairs of her boyfriend. That being said, for $5,000 a month in this economy, she better be responding to every plumbing emergency with the same urgency she brought to Belichick’s CBS interview.
