One month after sparking romance rumors, Tom Cruise and Ana de Armas have been spotted together again. This time, they were photographed arriving at the London Heliport via helicopter on Friday, March 15, and they were also seen at the very same spot the night before, according to People. Where were they coming from? Where were they going? These are the questions I need answers to, and stat.
The pair were last seen together grabbing a platonic dinner in London on February 13. A source previously told People that the shared meal involved “discussing potential collaborations down the line” and “appeared to have no romantic connection, just friends.” Their agents were also apparently in attendance. They left the restaurant with their leftovers in tow, which just so happens to be unsexy, non-date behavior. Snooze!
Neither party has commented on the nature of their relationship yet. Following their first get-together last month, de Armas was seen stepping out with her apparent boyfriend, Manuel Anido Cuesta, who is the stepson of Cuban president Miguel Díaz-Canel. She was previously linked to Ben Affleck — the pair met on the set of Deep Water and was the pandemic “It” couple until their split in late 2020.
As far as de Armas’s rendezvous with Cruise goes, I’m not sure what to think. My only hope is that they’ve been spending their time discussing stunt work or the upcoming release of Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning instead of the inner workings of Scientology. Fingers crossed.
