Kylie Jenner’s best friend Anastasia Karanikolaou, known by most corners of the internet as Stassie Baby, has been facing speculation about her plastic surgery for years. On Sunday, she confirmed she got a BBL when she was younger and now regrets the procedure. “Obviously, I made this decision super young, and it’s something that I obviously regret,” the 27-year-old influencer said during a weekend episode of Bravo Bri’s podcast. “That’s why I think it’s been so hard for me to talk about for so long.”
Karanikolaou, who said the “number one question” she’s been getting for the past ten years is what kind of plastic surgery she has, said she tried to acknowledge her BBL on a Call Her Daddy appearance in 2022 but was “too scared to physically say it out of my mouth” and said she “moved fat around” instead. Now, it seems she’s playing it straight: “What the fuck does that mean?” Karanikolaou told Bravo Bri, laughing. “I think it’s not a secret or something that I can physically hide at this point that like, yes, I have a BBL. I moved fat around to my butt. Like, fuck, I’ve also had my tits done.”

As reverse BBLs increase in popularity, Karanikolaou also revealed she’s been “actively trying to fix” her BBL and has a surgery scheduled to try and further reduce the size. Looking back, she said, she wishes her younger self hadn’t jumped on what now feels like a fleeting body-modification trend. “I didn’t realize what I was signing up for. I wish little me didn’t feel the way I felt or, like, just the pressure of the world that we live in and the trend of the time,” said Karanikolaou, who also offered a few words of advice: “Do not surgically alter your body for a trend at the time. Just know that the trend is only going to be relevant for a little bit.”
