On Monday, Seeking Sister Wife star Garrick Merrifield was reportedly arrested in Chaffee County, Colorado, on a misdemeanor domestic-violence charge, per TMZ. The star of the TLC show, which chronicles his life in a “plural family” with two wives and four children, was also charged with intentionally obstructing telephone service. The details of the incident that led to his arrest are unclear.
Merrifield and his family have been on Seeking Sister Wife since 2021. Initially, he was married to Dannielle Merrifield, with whom he shares three children, but he legally divorced her so he could take more wives. She has remained in the picture, and last October, Garrick married Lorrana Merrifield, a Brazilian woman. Just last week, the trio announced that Lorrana had given birth to a baby girl, Sarah, back in July.
