T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach, whose messy relationship timeline got both of them fired from Good Morning America three years ago, announced their engagement back in October and are now dealing with the nitty gritty of wedding planning. So, who gets to come to the daytime-TV wedding of the year? According to Us Weekly, their former co-workers won’t make the cut, but their exes — who are now dating each other — will.
A source told the tabloid that Holmes and Robach are keeping the wedding intimate but that Marilee Fiebig and Andrew Shue are getting an invitation. You might recall that Holmes and Robach were married to Fiebig and Shue, respectively, when their workplace romance became a national news story. Holmes and Robach have always maintained that there was no cheating, but the timeline is certainly iffy. To make things even more interesting, Fiebig and Shue seemingly bonded over being publicly scorned and are now in a committed relationship of their own. They reportedly moved in together last year. And now all four of them can reunite, post-wife swap, at the wedding!

That is, if Fiebig and Shue even go, which is apparently unlikely. The source told Us Weekly that “they’re not expecting them to come, even though Amy really wishes they could be a blended and normal family and all get along.” I think the possibility for “normal” went out the window once Fiebig and Shue also got together, but perhaps “civil” is on the table.
As for Holmes and Robach’s former GMA colleagues, they shouldn’t wait by the mailbox. “The wedding is not going to be celebrity-heavy,” Us Weekly’s source said. “They’re planning on only inviting their closest friends and family, around 50 to 60 guests. They’re not inviting anyone from GMA as of now.”
I’m sure the GMA crew is upset to hear this, because obviously this is the kind of wedding you dream of receiving an invite for. Two podcast co-hosts at the altar with their scorned former spouses watching, holding hands because they too are now in a committed relationship? Sounds way more fun than the Pinterest-chic wedding your sorority sister is throwing this summer.
