Well, it’s starting to seem like there’s not really that much love left on Love Island USA. Another season-seven couple has called it quits, and this time, it’s Chelley Bissainthe and Ace Greene. During a preview of an upcoming episode of SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio, 28-year-old Bissainthe confirmed that she and Greene have gone their separate ways, just five months since the finale aired over the summer. While speaking to hosts Danny Murphy and Evan Real, Bissainthe explained that the breakup was “a tough decision for the both of us and very hard to decide, but, you know, when you love someone, sometimes loving someone means letting go.”
“We still have a mutual level of respect and understanding that, you know, we wanted this to work, but sometimes things don’t work,” she added. “Couples go through things that are very challenging, and sometimes the best thing to do is to make a decision that needs to be made.”

During their stint on Love Island, Bissainthe and Greene made it to day 30 as one of the most consistent couples in the villa, though they were ultimately booted just before the season finale. But when pressed on what went down between them, Bissainthe explained that the “details aren’t really necessary.” Vague, but okay! My only consolation is knowing that Greene will now have more time to focus on teaching his dance students how to air-hump. Seems like a good thing for everyone involved.
