Jason Kelce Is Rolling Out a New Beard

by thenowvibe_admin

Kelce’s beard was missing a lot of its gray in recent podcast clips.

The hardest part of debuting a new look is trying to act like it’s no big deal. One way to tackle this is by doing something eye-catching in a completely different area. For example, if you are going to dye your beard a new, darker color, you might want to distract people by animatedly announcing Taylor Swift’s 12th album. This, I think, was what Jason Kelce was going for on his podcast this week.

In recent clips from the upcoming episode of New Heights, the podcast hosted by the Kelce brothers, the elder Kelce’s beard is looking way more pepper than salt. You might not have noticed it at first, because you were too distracted by how wordy The Life of a Showgirl is as a title.

First, a reminder of what Kelce has looked like up until recently. Here’s a video of him posted six days ago, in which you can see that his beard has a nice bit of gray in it. There’s also some dimension to the brown, which you should note for later. His temples have also lost a bit of color, but not in an offensive way. In fact, I think it looks really good, but that’s just one woman’s opinion.

Now let’s take a peek at how Kelce’s beard looks in the promo for Swift’s appearance on New Heights.

What in the Just for Men is going on here? Kelce’s beard appears to suddenly be uniformly dark brown, verging on black. It is undeniably darker than it was a week ago. His head hair also looks to have a darker tone, but there’s still some gray underneath his headphones. Good on him for exerting some self-restraint.

While at first this may just seem like a classic mid-life crisis, Kelce promised that he didn’t do it purely out vanity. In a tweet, Kelce addressed his new look by saying, “I promise the dye was for a good reason, don’t hate me.” Are they bringing Good Night, and Good Luck back to Broadway?
