The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a new sexual-battery claim against Sean “Diddy” Combs, per a November 18 AP News report. The allegation was made in Largo, Florida, by an unidentified music producer, who claims the alleged incident occurred in 2020. He says Diddy asked for his help with a photo shoot in Los Angeles, and when he showed up, the music mogul allegedly began masturbating under a shirt. Then, he alleges Diddy removed the shirt and asked the producer to help. When the producer did not respond, Diddy allegedly finished then threw the shirt at him.
The producer did not report the incident at the time out of embarrassment, he told the police, per NBC News. Then, he alleges, while he was visiting Santa Monica in March 2021 for work, two men grabbed him, covered his head, and brought him to Diddy. He alleges Diddy lambasted him and referred to him as a “snitch.”

“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has repeatedly stated for over a year now, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a media circus,” Diddy’s lawyer Jonathan Davis said in a statement, per ABC News. “Let me make it absolutely clear, Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone. He looks forward to vindicating himself in court, where such matters are decided — and not in the media — based on admissible, material evidence, not rank speculation and unsubstantiated allegations.”
Diddy is currently in prison, serving a 50-month prison sentence. He was convicted on July 2 of two counts of transportation for prostitution. However, the mogul was found not guilty on three other counts, including sex trafficking against his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
