Congratulations are in order for Charlie Puth and his wife, Brooke, who are expecting their first child together. The singer slyly announced the news in a recently released music video for his new song, “Changes.” In it, Brooke appears by his side wearing jeans and a red sweater. They put their hands on top of each other’s on her stomach, smile, and turn to walk away from the camera. While neither has explicitly confirmed the news, Puth posted this clip to his Instagram with the caption “There’s been some changes …” Sure looks like it!
On October 8, Puth announced the new song in a cryptic Instagram post hinting he was about to reveal a secret. “This is the song I wanted you to hear first because it’s a perfect way to bring all of you into the most beautiful, colorful part of my life, which happens to be right now,” he wrote. “You will soon know why …”

The soon-to-be parents were married in September 2024 at the Puth family residence in Montecito, California, after dating for two years. “There was always a spark and chemistry between us, but the timing never seemed to work out — until it did,” Brooke told Vogue, adding that she and her husband both grew up in New Jersey and their fathers had attended elementary school together. “It’s like an invisible string was always there, showing us that timing is everything.” Congrats to them!
